The Formative is a coming together of somatics, philosophy, strategic development and storytelling. It’s an unorthodox approach to change, but after years of working with burned out teams in extractive systems, I’m ready for something different. Are you?

Spaces for people

Explore your purpose, build tools for stress management and cultivate your version of a joyful, meaningful life. Part leadership development, part yoga and mindfulness and a little bit of planning in the mix (with a healthy dose of play, always).

Both a philosophy and methodology, Embodied Impact is an integrated practice of self-enquiry, somatic movement, systems thinking and creative connection.
