Embodied Impact™
We are all part of a complex web of interconnected systems, and I believe the wellbeing of one is inextricably linked to the wellbeing of all.
Embodied Impact™ is a holistic methodology and philosophy centring individual wellbeing and collective capacity at the heart of systems change.
In a rapidly changing world with many interconnected crises, it’s more important than ever before we orient ourselves to care. Challenging the norms and structures that keep us stuck in extractive systems that leave us, and our planet depleted is a core part of evolution.
Every individual, and every organisation has a different capacity to change, grow and create impact. And our capacity fluctuates at different times, in different circumstances.
Embodied Impact™ is a holistic approach to building our individual and collective capacity to create and adapt to change and live abundant, joyful lives. It focuses on challenging, reshaping and deepening our connections to self, success, community, nature and work.
I draw from a range of modalities, practices and philosophies including trauma-informed care, poly-vagal theory, Hatha yoga, Buddhism, Ayurveda, permaculture, systems thinking, theory of change and de-colonial theory.
Experience Embodied Impact™
Embodied Impact isn’t just a theory, it’s a framework that’s deeply integrated in all of my work (and life). Whether we work together one-on-one, in a group program or on a strategic development project you’ll be supported and guided with an Embodied Impact approach.
