How does it work?

The Evolve Partnership is a three-month retainer-based journey following a tried-and-tested methodology that provides the right balance of structure and flow to support your team through a meaningful and transformative journey.

Month 1: Discovery & Exploration

We embark on a customised combination of 1:1 interviews, focus groups and document discovery to gain insight into your current ways of working, stakeholder needs and unique cultural dynamics.

Month 2: Design & Refine

Over a series of custom workshops, design sprints, offline work and revision meets we design and refine your key impact and brand assets.

These key documents are essential tools in your organisational strategy, designed to support powerful decision making, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Month 3: Integration

In our final month we use your Theory of Change / Impact Framework and Identity Design to delve into understanding and solidifying the ways of working and cultural philosophies that will help your organisation bring your mission to life in alignment with your values

Ongoing: optional mentorship to support ongoing strategic and cultural integration.
