Gather & Ground

Onine Community Whole-Being Practice

30 April - 4 June

movement and mindfulness practice for grounding and community

Community Care for Purposeful People

Step away from the noise. Set everything down. Just for a moment, be.

In a fast-moving world, Gather & Ground is a gentle invitation to slow down—a space to breathe, soften, and come home to yourself. Part mindfulness and movement, part reflection and connection, Gather & Ground is a practice in self and collective care.

While in-person connection is unbeatable, it’s not always possible. This online gathering offers a space for rest and community when time, capacity, or the right people feel out of reach.

Gather & Ground will run weekly for 6 weeks. Come to as many as you like, when you can.

Our Practice:

Designed for purpose-led people who give deeply to their work, these sessions are a moment of stillness amid the overwhelm—a chance to reconnect with your rhythm while being held by a quiet, like-hearted community. Each 45-minute gathering includes:

🌿 A guided mindfulness & movement practice to settle the body and nervous system

💭 A short reflection prompt to bring awareness and clarity to your mind

🤝 An optional space for connection with like-hearted peers (note: this connection space is encouraged, but optional. If you only have capacity for personal practice we’ll be finished this part of the session at 8:45, do what is most supportive for you, on the day).

No experience is needed. Everything is optional. Simply come as you are.
