The Work
Our work can be hard to define, because we don’t sit neatly in a strategic service, leadership development, or the wellbeing space. We weave and work with all, because systems, strategy and wellbeing are so deeply interconnected that to approach one without understanding and tending to the others rarely works.
We work with teams and organisations who are at a cross roads. Whether it’s navigating complex transition, team burn-out, or planning for a future that is increasingly unpredictable — our partners are looking for a container that holds the messy sense-making and hard conversations needed to create impact that lasts.
Our Approach
For the vast majority of organisations (we’d say almost every organisation) simply coming up with a new strategy isn’t enough to create results that last.
Without integrating support for the human’s responsible for holding strategy, or tending to the relationships and dynamics under the surface, change won’t last.

Regenerative, ongoing impact can only be realised when tools, values and strategy are embedded into practice. We support your team to embody the change.
How we work together
The work varies, but commonly includes: organisational strategy and direction, theory of change, culture and ways of working, leadership development, organisational identity and values, and navigating transition or complexity.
We work with a general flow and format, but each team is different. We're always responsive to the existing capacity of the team, and adapt our engagements to suit.
Foundations
For teams who need help getting unstuck and finding clarity.
Foundations is a four to six week engagement for organisations that need focused support to move through a moment. It's a mix of strategic sense-making, team development, and embodied practice — working with the whole team, not just the strategy.
What's involved:
A half-day team workshop, two to three sessions with leaders and small groups, and a synthesis session where we name the patterns and co-create what's needed next.
We work with a general flow and format, but each team is different. We're always responsive to the existing capacity of the team.
Evolution Partnership
For organisations ready for sustained, transformational work
The Evolution Partnership is an ongoing relationship integrating strategic development and team capacity building for organisations ready for a deeper level of support.
We work alongside your team to create a rhythm that both moves through strategic work and provides key tools for team wellbeing and cultural evolution.
What's involved:
Evolution Partnerships work on a minimum 3-month commitment. A general flow begins with discovery sessions and a team workshop where we map out your current state and create a way of working together.

Team Immersives
Some work simply can not be done in a meeting room.
In partnership with Bower Camp Co., we design and facilitate immersive team experiences in nature, using the Embodied Impact™ framework to create the conditions for the kind of thinking, relating, and deciding that rarely happens at a desk.
