Team Foundations is designed as a doorway to a different way of thinking about how we live, work, and contribute to change. Your team won’t walk away with a textbook of theory, but with lived experience and simple tools that shift how you work, lead, and relate.
Connect with self and body
Understand how the nervous system responds to stress and learn accessible practices to restore focus, calm, and choice.
See the team as a system
Explore how emotions and behaviours ripple across a group — and how trust, values, and co-regulation shape a team’s collective “nervous system.”
Connect with the bigger picture
Gain insight into how wider systems and extractive cultures (like capitalism, colonisation, or urgency culture) shape the way we show up — and why it’s not all on the individual to fix.
Practice new possibilities
Experience ways of shifting from reactivity into resilience, and from disconnection into collaboration.
What’s involved?
These workshops are specifically designed to be spacious, introductory and experiential - but no less transformative.
You’ll move through a combination of:
Somatic movement and mindfulness practices
Embodiment and systems awareness and enquiry
Individual reflection
Relational exercises
Group discussions
Each element works together to create a grounded, connective experience where insight arises not just from ideas — but from practice, reflection, and the wisdom of the group.
These foundations help teams become living examples of regenerative culture — modelling new ways of working that ripple into the wider systems you’re part of.

How it works
These workshops are specifically designed to be spacious, introductory and experiential - but no less transformative.
Wherever possible this program is recommended to be delivered in-person, but we know that’s not always feasible.
We offer two delivery formats:
1 Full Day Immersion + 1 × 90-minute online integration session — for teams who can gather in person and want a more immersive experience
3 × 2.5-hour online sessions — short, spacious sessions with time to integrate.

Investment
Our pricing is tiered to ensure accessibility across sectors.
Corporate engagements start from $6,500. NFP, Social Enterprise, First Nations, and Community rates are subsidised through our equity model, and a number of pro-bono spaces are available each quarter.

By engaging at the corporate level, you also help subsidise access for organisations and communities who may not otherwise be resourced to access this work.
